Anniversaries, Celebrations, and Themes

The Swedish Council of America has been working to compile a list of anniversaries, celebrations and programmatic themes that affiliate groups can use to plan their upcoming programs. Themes for 2011 include Dag Hammarskjöld, Jussi Björling, and Vilhelm Moberg's The Emigrants. Themes for 2012 include August Strindberg, Raoul Wallenberg, Swedish Council of America's 40th anniversary, and John Ericsson's Monitor.
